I found the virtual check-in very convenient. The room was clean. The location was great for touring (everything was so close!).
I thought that the provided toiletries weren't enough and their sizes were quite disappointing (I recommend to bring your own). We couldn't lock the bathroom door for privacy while using it. I found the early check-out time inconvenient.

This hotel is steps from Piazza Bra, a perfect spot for tourists. There are bus stops nearby for easy access to the train station and other destinations. The apartment location is in a quiet street.
